Designed to process up to 8 coils per hour, each accompanied by a basket and receiving four radial straps as specified by the customer, this line aligns with the provided requirements.

The strapping machine and compactor ensure no damage to the wire coils, as they feature HDPE-protected contact zones. The Automatic Strapping & Compacting Line is engineered to operate continuously, capable of working 24/7 to meet high production demands. Operators are instructed to place the basket and wire coil on the conveyor, which then transports them to the compacting station. From there, the basket and coil are moved to the strapping table provided by Fhopeapck, ensuring a seamless transition and continuous operation.

The Wire Rod Strapping and Compacting Line is comprehensively equipped with compacting frames, block rollers, strapping heads, an electric cabinet, and both pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Upon integration with a C-hook handling system, the wire rod coil can be transferred to the compression station either manually or automatically. Once positioned, the C-hook, together with the coil, is moved to the strapping table where the strapping process is executed.
