Primarily used for core-wrapping packaging of plastic pipes, including industrial pipes, hydraulic pipes, flexible pipes, composite pipes, and more. It provides excellent packaging results that protect the surface of the pipes, making them easy to handle, transport, and store.

Primarily use composite paper or woven straps as the main packaging materials for handling and packaging operations of precision steel strips after slitting. The operations include coil feeding, automatic packaging, strapping, weighing, labeling, stacking, and other processes, ensuring that the steel strip coils achieve the desired packaging results.

Designed for wrapping and handling wire coils. It can be used in both vertical and horizontal orientations and is capable of automatically wrapping narrow and wide coils with stretch film or woven straps. It can also be integrated with a conveyor line to form an automated packaging line, providing moisture and dust protection for the coils.

This solution utilizes packaging materials such as composite paper tape and LLdpe stretch film to package and handle precision copper strip coils after slitting. It can be implemented as a standalone packaging equipment or as an automated integrated system. The automatic system includes operations such as material feeding, flipping, wrapping, strapping, corner protection, weighing, stacking, and storage.

Common plastic pipes such as PVC, PPR, PE, and aluminum-plastic composite pipes can be wrapped and packaged. They can be packaged in both vertical and horizontal orientations, and the packaging can vary in weight and size, ranging from small coils to large reels. Typically, stretch film is used as the packaging material, providing a tight and aesthetically pleasing packaging effect.

For cable packaging, the solution can perform basic core-wrapping as well as operations like coiling, strapping, length measurement, wrapping, and shrinking. 1.Packaging Method:

The coil packaging machine adopts different packaging methods, such as horizontal, vertical, orbital or spiral packaging. 1.1 Vertical type coil wrapping:

In vertical wrapping, the coil is positioned vertically, with its axis aligned vertically. The wrapping machine moves around the coil, applying the protective material as it rotates. Vertical wrapping is often used for larger, heavier coils that are more stable in a vertical position. 1.2 Horizontal type coil wrapping:

In horizontal wrapping, the coil is placed horizontally, with its axis aligned horizontally. The wrapping machine moves around the coil, applying the protective material as it rotates. 2.Packaging Materials:

Here are some typical packing materials for coil packaging, along with their unique features and applications:

2.1 Stretch film:

Stretch film is a popular choice for coil packing. It is a flexible, elastic plastic film that can be stretched and wrapped tightly around the coil. The stretch film provides excellent resistance against moisture, dust, and damage, ensuring the integrity of the coil during transportation and storage.

2.2 Paper:

The strength of the paper is weak, so the original paper cannot be used for coil wrapping. But after reinforcement treatment with PP belts, PE film covering, the paper works for steel coil, wire coil, copper coil…packaging. After packaging with paper, the surface of the package is wear-resistant. Also, the paper provides the VCI formula that is for moisture-proof packaging for seaworthy packages or rainy season packages.

2.3 HDPE/PE:

HDPE/PE: High-density polyethylene (HDPE) or polyethylene (PE) films are non-adhesive materials with a thickness of more than 50 microns. These films provide effective protection against scraping, ensuring that the packaged coil’s surface remains damage-free during handling and transportation.

2.4 Wolven knit belt:

Woven knit belts are typically made from polypropylene (PP) and are flexible yet stronger than paper and film. Their durability makes them popular for packaging razor wire, steel coil, and wire coil products. Woven knit belts protect coils from scrapes during transportation and can be customized to accommodate various coil sizes and shapes.

3. Ring Size:

The ring is one of the most important parts of the coil packing machine. The packing material is fixed/stored on the ring for eye through wrapping. The ring size varies from the package size. If the package size range is large, for compatibility, the ring will be designed for the largest coil, which works for smaller coils. The ring rotates at high speed, so the ring material and structure design is very important to ensure it runs for a long time.
