The packing line of stretch wrapping machine will be used for semi-automatic packing of pallets with steel cord spools. A typical pallet consists of 1 up to 6 layers of 12 spools in a 3×4 matrix, as shown below. Each layer is separated by a separator sheet. The spools are placed in a plastic bag.
包装线用于堆放钢线BS线轴的托盘的半自动包装。托盘由1-6层线轴组成，每层按3X4排列共12个线轴。每层之间通过一块分离板隔离，线轴放在一个塑料袋中。

The pallet is weighed on the last output buffer, before the delivery position unit. The packing line seals and vacuums the plastic bag round the spool stack. The sealed stack gets boxed, strapped and labeled after which it is ready for shipment to the customer.
Pallets are supplied to the line several times per hour using a forklift. The buffer time depends on the plant and will determine the number of input buffer positions. Standard we advise a buffer of 10 spools at the entrance and exit.
