1. GENERAL SPECIFICATION概述：
This specification describes a semi-automatic packing line to pack pallets with Steel cord BS spools. A full option line can pack cardboard packages as well as simplified plastic wrapped packages.

1.1 Throughput产量（效率）
The packing line will be able to pack 20 pallets per hour. The maximum time for one position is thus 3 minutes, including transfer time. Most critical positions are the vacuum-welding unit and the belt strapping unit. The real output depends on how efficient the operator can do the manual Tasks.
包装线每小时能包20个托盘。每个位置最大时间是3分钟，包括传输时间。最关键的位置是真空焊接部分和捆扎打包部分。实际产量取决于人工操作部分操作者效率。
